Spikes on the Road Live at Whistling Duck

Come join the Whistling Duck, Mission’s newest restaurant with over 40 craft beers on tap and creative house-made dishes coming out of their kitchen! The Whistling Duck will be having Spikes on the Road, the Río Grande Valley’s premier variety band. A unique repertoire of Blues, Southern Rock, Classic Rock, Country, Funk and much more!

Fri-daze Rock at Brick Fire Pizza and More!

Rock out this Friday with Liquid Sky as they hit the bricks at Brick Fire Pizza and More! That’s right, Liquid Sky is hitting the streets again bringing you the best of live Rock n Roll and Country you can sing along to. Get there early, order some pizza, wings and plenty of beer because you’re going to need all your energy for a night of electric guitar, driving bass, and rhythmic drums to keep you moving all night long. The show will start at 9 P.M. – 1 A.M.

Hellcat Barrel Aged Bottle Release at 5×5 Brewing Co.

Come and get a special edition of 5×5 Brewing Co Hellcat Belle Red Rye Ale, aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrels and sold in individual 750ml Bottles from 2 P.M. – 10 P.M. This is a very robust, but smooth beer with great rye notes. Maximum 4 Bottles per person. First come, First served; no pre-orders, no reserves. While supplies last.

5×5 Brewing Co. will also have a limited amount on draft samples available only in flights of 4 with 3 other barrel aged beers from other craft breweries. Q’in It Up BBQ Food Truck will be on-hand selling BBQ to benefit 3 local veteran charities from 11 A.M. – 10 P.M.

Mike and the Moonpies, Country & Americana band at Spaugy’s Ice House

Mike and the Moonpies have been featured in Rolling Stone as one of the best sounding country and Americana bands. Listen to the band live at Spaugy’s Ice House outdoor venue, with a one of a kind ambiance. Liquor is permitted to be brought in to the establishment with a small fee of $10 per bottle, or enjoy a cold beer, wine,  and eats from Spaugy’s. You will not want to miss this show!
